His expertise spans asset management, trading operations, and financial performance optimization. Born in The Netherlands and based in New York City since 1998, Gerry holds a BBA from Nijenrode University and is fluent in English, Dutch, and German, with conversational proficiency in French.

As Founder & CEO of inRoot.io, Aaron leads the development of AI-powered tools that accelerate Root Cause Detection and Resolution. His platform integrates engineering rigor with real-time collaboration, neural networks, and multivariate analysis to help teams resolve issues faster and more accurately.
At Atlanticum Advisors, Aaron supports organizations in scaling structured problem-solving, reducing downtime, and building proactive, data-informed operations across energy, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Dr. Irene A. Legiec is an experienced leader in engineering and operations, specializing in manufacturing process improvements and renewable energy. With over 30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and renewable sectors, Irene excels in operations leadership, capital project management, and continuous improvement.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Irene has led impactful initiatives at Air Liquide, Covanta (now ReWorld), and DuPont, significantly enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a U.S. patent for trace metal recovery. Irene has collaborated with Gerry Vos, founder of Atlanticum Advisors, on infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Ad Beumer brings a lifetime of financial expertise and mentorship to Atlantic Advisors. Over the course of his distinguished career, he held senior roles at NMB Bank and MeesPierson Capital Management (MPCM), where he led portfolio administration, risk, and data management. During his time at MPCM, Ad was not only a respected leader but also a mentor to our founder—helping shape the values and standards we uphold today.
Though now retired, Ad remains an integral part of our advisory network. From his home in the Netherlands, he continues to share valuable insights and updates, offering a trusted European perspective that enriches our global outlook.

Lee is a distinguished executive with a strong track record in leading public-private partnerships and strategic initiatives across sustainability, productivity, and economic development. He served as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of the Great Lakes Protection Fund, managing a $130M portfolio and awarding over $78M in grants. His leadership experience includes roles at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, The Water Council, and as Acting Executive Director of the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He was also a Principal and VP of Marketing & Client Relations at Argea, Inc., a global strategy consulting firm. With early career experience in international finance, Lee brings a systems-level perspective to innovation, investment, and impact.
